The Osborne Group and Oracle Healthcare in partnership with Sun Microsystems and ACS have deployed the first dedicated Health Information Exchange in the Rural Arizona.  This enterprise data site introduces enterprise level technology and practice management tools paired with cost-effective solutions tailored for the rural healthcare provider or facility.  Almost two years ago, The Osborne Group began negotiations with various partners to provide Practice Management systems, Electronic Health Record systems, and comprehensive electronic data exchange portals that would provide true cost benefits for the end-users.
